Roger M. Simpson, III, JD, M.T.S – Legal Advisor

Is a licensed attorney specializing in commercial real estate development in the wireless communications industry. He has consulted on regional network deployments for AT&T Wireless, Sprint, LightSquared, MetroPCS, Globalive of Toronto, Canada and Nextel. Through his law firm, Wireless Legal, P.A., he has served as outside legal counsel for MetroPCS, Clearwire and LightSquared and as a consultant to Globalive. Through the Simpson Law Firm he has helped clients resolve residential real estate problems, probate matters and establish a means to transfer property through wills and trusts. He holds a certificate in “Caring for People God’s Way” from Light University and serves as founding pastor of Faith Fellowship Church in Apopka, Florida. Roger is a member of the Board for the Apopka Family Learning Center.
